The everyday details of your monthly laundry membership.
How much laundry fits in one bag?
The Cycle bag measures 16 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 24 inches tall. Capacity varies with garment size and fabric. If you have more than fits comfortably, send an additional bag at your plan’s per-bag rate.
What is included in the bag?
Everyday wash-and-fold items are included. Dry cleaning, household items, alterations, and specialty care can be added to the same pickup separately.
Can I add dry cleaning?
Yes. Add dry cleaning to the same pickup and use your $10 monthly member credit toward eligible services.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. You can change, pause, or cancel your plan before the next billing cycle.
Can I sign up for annual billing?
Annual prices are a preview. Membership checkout currently supports monthly billing. Joining the waitlist does not commit you to a plan or billing option.
