Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking is available for customers at the Four Ambassadors while you drop off or collect an order.
What are your hours?
Mon–Fri: 9am–7pm. Saturday: 10am–2pm. Sunday: Closed.
Do I have to come to the studio?
No. Pickup and delivery covers all of Brickell at no extra charge. Leave your bag with your concierge or at your door and we return it to the same place.
How long does an order take?
Wash & fold is 2 business days and dry cleaning is 3 business days. Alterations and shoe care take 5-7 business days. Rush service is available for eligible items.
