How do I know if you serve my address?

What if my building is not listed?
The directory is a collection of our building and hotel pages. Check your address even if your building does not appear, or call 305.469.1173 for help.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
You can leave your bag with your concierge or at your door. Add any pickup instructions when you book.
Can I drop off at a studio instead?
Yes. Drop off at our Brickell studio inside the Four Ambassadors, or at our Biscayne studio beneath Ten Museum Park on Biscayne Boulevard. Both are open Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
