Before your order
A little preparation helps.
How to prepare
Bag bulky household items separately from clothing. Identify the size, fill and stains, and tell us about tears or loose stitching before cleaning.
What to discuss with us
Household items use item-based prices. A down or feather comforter has its own catalog entry rather than the standard full/queen or king comforter price.
